Giving talk in Benicia on Immigration law

On November 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.,  I will be giving a talk on Immigration Law along with Brett Snider, attorney and director of legal services at Jewish Family & Children’s Services of San Francisco.  The talk will take place at the Heritage Presbyterian Church, 1400 E. 2nd Street, in Benicia.

We will be focusing our talk on the myths and realities of immigration law today.  We will discussing such topics as illegal immigration, public benefits, the H-1B program and what is happening at the border of Mexico.  I may talk a little bit about my experience in Tijuana.
Our talk is being sponsored by the The American Association of University Women (AAUW),  a national organization promoting equity and education for women and girls, with a local chapter in Benicia/Vallejo.
The talk is free and will last about an hour.  It will be interesting and informative.
