Free seminar on understanding employment issues for people with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities

The People with Disabilities Foundation will be sponsoring a free seminar on understanding employment issues for people with psychiatric/and or developmental disabilities.  The panel lecture and discussion will cover the topics of:

  1. most common disorders in the workplace;
  2. reasonable accommodations;
  3. employment as part of recovery;
  4. veterans’ issues;
  5. update on ADA amendments; and
  6. the Mental Health Parity Act from 2008.
